В тот день, когда я остался после регистрации, все было хорошо, АХХА - прекрасный администратор, она вежлива и пытается общаться с иностранцем, даже не зная, что просит своего коллегу о помощи. Я забронировал одноместный номер. Как и ожидалось, он маленький и даже выглядит довольно старым, но чистый, и в нем можно согреться от снега на улице. Линия завтрака очень вкусная, большой выбор холодных блюд, супов, напитков, десертов, но нет горячих блюд. Мне нравится десерт круглой формы и по вкусу напоминающий горячий чизкейк, он очень хорош! Один минус - услуга хранения багажа, в которой я не ожидал, что отель откажет в просьбе. Блондинка, которая была на приеме в полдень 10.03.2025, сказала, что все занято, места не осталось. Она даже не ответила мне, когда я спросил, есть ли на вокзале камера хранения багажа, очень разочарована 🙁. Я дотащил багаж до вокзала и сам узнал, что на вокзале есть камера хранения багажа. Everything is fine on the day I stayed from checking in, AHHA is a lovely receptionist she is polite and tries to communicate with foreigner even she doesn’t know she asks her colleague for help out. I booked a single room. It is small as expected and even it looks pretty old but it’s clean and room can keep me warm from the snow outside. The breakfast line is so delightful, many selection of cold foods, soups, drinks, desserts but lack of hot dishes. I like the dessert which is round shape and tastes like hot cheese cake, that one is very nice! One minus is luggage deposit service which I didn’t expect the hotel to deny for the request. The blonde lady who is on reception at noon on 10.03.2025 said all occupied no space left. She doesn’t even answer me when I asked whether the train station has left luggage service, very disappointed 🙁. I dragged luggage to train station and found out by myself that train station has left luggage service.

Не рекомендую. Заселение стандартное без нареканий. В номере очень шумно,внизу мята лаунж Музыка до 6 утра. В номере холодно, но готовы принести обогреватель. Общее впечатление негативно. Остановилась, так как близко к вокзалу.

Екатеринбург в феврале Приехали вечером, размещение было быстрым, все сразу показали и рассказали на ресепшн. Отличное расположение. Метро, автобусы, трамваи рядом с отелем. Добраться в любой конец города не составляет трудностей. Питание в ресторане отеля, просто великолепное, завтрак выше всяких похвал. Рекомендую данный отель для размещения. Не хватает тренажерного зала, а в остальном все на отлично. В номерах чисто, ресепшн работает на все 100%.

Приезжал на несколько ночей. Отличный вид на площадь привокзальную, но очень шумно. Самый верхний этаж сильно отличается отделкой от основных этажей. В остальном всё хорошо, удобное расположение.
