Купила обувь в этой фирме. Сапоги превосходные, понравились даже больше первых. Только...немного большие. Ну да большие не маленькие! В письме я даже выразить не смогу, насколько вы (организация) и Вы (лично) укрепили мою веру в отзывчивость и хороших людей. Сама юрист, так что по роду деятельности, да и по жизни частенько приходится сталкиваться с грубостью. Но тут даже муж в изумлении, насколько легко и просто был решен этот вопрос! Уважение, зародившееся после первого же Вашего письма, переросло сейчас уже чуть ли не в почтение! ) Спасибо вам большое! Пусть доброе возвращается к вам приумноженным! С уважением, Лидия.
