Случайно на сайте увидела салон Марго... И не пожалела! Очень приятное обслуживание, знающие мастера. Театр начинается с вешалки, а салон с рецепшна, и тут тоже не было разочарования. Спасибо вам ! 👍

Живем рядом с данным салоном. Жена решила подстричь дочь, что бы не ездить далеко, хотя, спроси она мое мнение о данном месте, я бы ей все сказал и без похода туда. Откуда столько положительных отзывов, вопрос отдельный и знающие люди понимают :) По существу: дочь (2 года) подстригли отвратительно, в частности, отрезали не спросясь челку, исправлять не захотели, по причине того, что был другой мастер, и она боялась, что дочь может вертеться. Женщина на ресепшене, типа администратор, скорее всего и типа все остальное. Клиентоориентированности - ноль, подозреваю, что данное слово им вообще не знакомо. Владельцу на заметку: учитывая месторасположение вашего салона, можно смело утверждать, что основной доход этого бизнеса, ориентирован, прежде всего на постоянных клиентов. Учитывая специфику, а это все таки, сфера услуг, нужно понимать, что здесь решают кадры. Именно они, определяют входящий клиентский трафик и соответственно, как результат, вашу конечную выручку и прибыль. В вашем случае, я бы провел жесткую ротацию имеющихся кадров, по причине их никой профессиональной квалификации. Если конечно, вы желаете развития своему бизнесу, а не стремитесь к его скорой кончине. Которая, при таком подходе к делу, уже не за горами.
