Крайняя степень непрофессионализма, хамства и агрессии. Ушла без товара и с испорченным настроением. 07.02.2020 в этот магазин были доставлены заказанные мной ранее обои двух видов. Цвет и рисунок одного рулона заметно отличался от представленного в каталоге, хотя и совпадал артикул. Заказ был предоплачен. Я сразу сказала, что внешний вид отличается и для меня это существенно. При этом я заявила, что понимаю, что вины магазина в этом нет, здесь претензии к производителю или к складу, т.к. артикул один и тот же. Продавец с первой минуты начала со мной говорить на повышенных тонах, в лицо смеяться со словами "Мне смотреть на вас смешно", "Вы полный неадекват". Далее продавец позвонила директору магазина, в самых неприязненных выражениях рассказала обо мне со смехом, издёвками и обидными характеристиками моей личности. В это время я сравнивала рулон с образцом из зала, разница была очевидна, в том числе для других посетителей, к которым я обратилась с просьбой посмотреть. Директор попросил продавца передать мне трубку. Вопрос решили, сделали возврат денежных средств. Тем не менее я считаю вопиющим такой стиль общения с покупателем. Извинений я не получила, только слова продавщицы в своё оправдание "это нервы", "это истерическое". Не рекомендовала бы сюда обращаться. На ровном месте могут устроить скандал.
