Заказывали диван в Стиль-Мебель. Выбрали модель, расцветку ткани (проверили наличие на складе), Записали в договоре размеры, и сроки изготовления (15 рабочих дней и 5 календарных дней на доставку), внесли предоплату. Когда подошли сроки получения - началось "динамо"(((( оказалось, что нет ткани для канта и ее только заказали. Потом директор нас начал убеждать, что стандартные сроки изготовления - 25 рабочих дней и 5 рабочих дней на доставку., а если нас что-то не устраивает, то мы можем забрать свою предоплату, а диван он легко продаст на своих стендах. Тон разговора при этом был совершенно хамоватый и далекий от того, как надо разговаривать с клиентами. Складывалось впечатление, что мы ему "надоели как мухи". В итоге даже заявленные сроки 25+5 не были соблюдены больше чем на неделю. День доставки - согласовали время - после 19.00. Машина приехала без предварительного звонка в 18.00. Мне пришлось брать такси, а жене отменять пациента. Сборщики азиатской национальности были без инструментов и для регулировки дивана им пришлось где-то искать шестигранные ключи. Ну и апофеозом оказалось, что при зафиксированной в договоре длине в 2,7 метра диван оказался на 10 см короче! Все чего удалось добиться - это небольшой дополнительной скидки. РЕЗЮМЕ - при в общем-то неплохом качестве самого дивана, отношение со стороны фирмы в лице директора - "ниже плинтуса" - хамство и полное несоблюдение условий договора! Не советую обращаться в эту контору!

Получили диван, который заказывали в Стиль-Мебель Румянцево. Хочется сказать спасибо! Привезли вовремя, диван изготовлен качественно и аккуратно. Отдельное спасибо продавцам, помогли выбрать обивку. Буду рекомендовать вашу фирму друзьям.
