К сожалению ни чего не могу сказать о мастерах, т.к. мое знакомство с салоном закончилось на администраторе. Записалась на процедуру шугаринг глубокое бикини. Пришла к назначенному времени, мастер пригласила меня в кабинет и.. сказала, что эту процедуру она не делает! В этом страшного ничего естественно нет, но то, что администратор не зная об этом меня записала, очень странно. Подошла с вопросом к администратору, уточнила кто именно меня записал, оказалась она. Со словами «другая девочка делае т, я думала эта тоже..» смотрела на меня и хлопала глазами. Даже не извинилась. Предложила классику или воск. Наверное я именно поэтому записалась на конкретную процедуру, чтобы потом одуматься и сделать то, что могут предложить…Сам салон симпатичный. Это все плюсы, которые могу назвать. Потратила время, пришлось искать другой салон с возможностью записи на сегодня.Обращение к владельцу салона, проверьте осведомленность ваших администраторов о проводимых мастерами процедурах. Администратор — лицо салона! Человек, который знает всегда и все. К сожалению, данный администратор не совсем компетентна в своем деле. Имени не знаю, записали меня 30.05 на 31.05. – показать
