Посещаю "Мандарин" уже больше года. Стригся у нескольких мастеров, результат всегда радует.

Никому не советую посещать данный салон! Отвратительное заведение, хамский персонал, неквалифицированные мастера. Была 22 марта на стрижке, требовалось всего лишь подровнять кончики с максимальным сохранением длины. В итоге отрезали волосы неаккуратными неровными клочками. Когда я начала возмущаться, чуть ли вытолкали со словами «иди к другому мастеру». Я была последним клиентом в тот день, кроме горе-парикмахера Елены была только администратор, которая абсолютно не умеет ( или просто не хочет) решать конфликтные ситуации. Естественно, денег за услугу они не посмели с меня требовать. Впрочем извиниться и исправить ситуацию с причёской тоже они не догадались. На мою претензию в книге жалоб пока нет никакой реакции.
