В первый и последний раз зашёл в это кафе. Взял Салат Столичный, суп Том-Ям, слойку с ветчиной и сыром и капучино. Из всего что не испортило обед, это кофе и салат. Суп в принципе готовить не умеют, да и по словам Шеф-Повара они его только разогревают. От себя скажу, сам работаю на должности Шеф-Повара- если не умеешь готовить блюдо то лучше не суй его в меню. Лично моя оценка этому заведению 1 с натяжкой.

Всегда с уважением воспринимаем критику, особенно от человека такой профессии))) Конечно же Шеф-повару угодить совсем не просто, но мы и не заявляем о себе как ресторан высокой кухни. Мы кулинария с тем ассортиментом, который хотят видеть наши гости. Некоторые блюда, могут отличаться от привычных "классических" рецептур, ну так поэтому мы и назвали себя Мамиными рецептами))) С Уважением, Мамины Рецепты
