Отдала заказ в СРЕДУ. Договорились о готовности в ПЯТНИЦУ. Взяли 100% предоплату. В пятницу в обед звонят и говорят, что ФАЙЛ СОХРАНЕН НЕ В ВЕКТОРЕ, напечатать не могут (высылаю повторно, оказывается файл в векторе, специалист не мог правильно мысли сформулировать). Вы шутите, такие вещи проверяются СПАЗУ (послала повторно). Предложили В ПЯТНИЦУ доплатить, чтоб они отрисовали...отказалась. Попросила вернуть деньги, все еще жду.

Елена, еще раз прошу прощения за срыв сроков. Менеджер действительно отправил файл в работу не проверив его. Если спасет ситуацию, готовы выполнить заказ за наш счет. Если Вы согласны, напишите нам. Деньги возвращены.

Типография может и хорошая ,но отношение к заказчикам жуть!!! 1. Отправил заказ 6.11.18 - пришёл ответ - заказ получили , скоро свяжемся. 2. Позвонил сам 13.11.18 в 12 часов дня- менеджер Анастасия сказала сейчас посмотрит, подговорит с дизайнером и перезвонит. Сообщил менеджеру , что мне срочно !!! 3. Перезвонил сам 13.11.18 в 17 часов спросил у Анастасии как дела - ответ убил : мне пока некогда было поговорить с дизайнером. Отличное отношение- отличные сотрудники.
