Прием прошел хорошо, специалист ответил на все вопросы, была на прием у лора, удалили пробку из уха, но никто заранее не оповестил о том, что за это я заплачу еще 1200 + к чеку,а если я пришла без денег, чтобы мы делали?) Пришла со срочным вопросом, удалять этот было не столь важным, но врач уверил что нужно) Такую процедуру можно провести и в обычной бесплатно поликлинике.

Здравствуйте, спасибо за Ваше обращение и хороший отзыв о работе врача. К сожалению, какие заболевания обнаружат во время приема администраторы никак предвидеть не могут, поэтому дополнительные процедуры остаются на Ваш выбор.Только врач во время осмотра может сказать какие процедуры еще потребуются и сколько они стоят. В договоре есть информация о том что лечение Вы можете получить в рамках Территориальной программы госгарантий бесплатного оказания гражданам медицинской помощи в поликлинике по месту жительства.

Вы издеваетесь над людьми. Третий месяц не могу записаться к врачу. Запись в конце месяца открывается-на самом деле в конце месяца записи нет. Администраторы не квалифицированные. В воскресенье обещали позвонить в понедельник после 12 и уточнить по поводу записи.Звоное не поступил.Звоню сегодня уточнить этот вопрос и мне сказали:-"а с чего бы вам звонили?" Вот это сервис!Мне вас на коленях умолять денег с меня взять?!

Здравствуйте Ксения, спасибо за обратную связь. Администраторы не смогли позвонить, так как Вы не оставили номер телефона для связи. Вместе с тем, мы увеличили количество консультаций врача пластического хирурга для избежания подобных ситуаций. Приносим свои извинения за доставленные неудобства.
