Делали балкон с остеклением и утеплением. В целом довольны, но был ряд мелких недочетов. Сроки работ затянулась на неделю из-за этого. Начали на день позже договорённости, о чем я узнал уже по факту утром дня начала работ. Замерщик забыл / забыл сделать замеры по шкафу, в итоге цвет шкафа получили по факту. В общем глаз да глаз нужно за ними смотреть.

В сентябре обращались в Максимус для утепления лоджии. Сделали пластиковые окна, утеплили парапет (у нас были просто перила металлические). Перестелили пол, теперь он теплый. Окна ставили раздвижные, чтобы на высоте створки не хлопали, стеклопакет двойной, нужно было тепло, так как люблю комнатные цветы. По цене не могу сравнивать с другими организациями, а вот по качеству твердая 5. Также хочу отметить менеджеров. Очень внимательно подошли к моим запросам. Составили целый проект для моего заказа. Смонтировали все аккуратно, в сроки почти уложились (плюс день провозились). Пишу сейчас, потому что хочется сказать большое спасибо. Сейчас во время изоляции наша лоджия для нас спасение. Это и спортзал и ботанический сад и место для прогулок.

Я обращалась в конце февраля за остекленением лоджии. Очень понравилось отношение ко мне, как к заказчику. Менеджер хорошо и подробно объяснил по срокам изготовления рам и монтажу. Сразу же по телефону я вызвала и замерщика. Кроме замера, мне ещё и назвали сумму моего заказа. Меня всё устроило и я стала ждать, когда изготовят мои стеклопакеты. По срокам вроде все нормально. Лоджию я подготовила и освободила. Когда приехали устанавливать, дала ребятам свободно работать, лишний раз не лезла к ним. Работали быстро, к вечеру все сделали. Окна открываются легко, я сама все проверила, ребята молодцы.
