Хочу оставить положительный отзыв о работе врача-трихолога Остапенко Яны Евгеньевны. Врач провела приём на высоком профессиональном уровне: внимательно выслушала, подробно ответила на все вопросы и выполнила тщательную диагностику состояния кожи головы и волос. Яна Евгеньевна составила понятный план лечения с учётом индивидуальных особенностей.

Приехала с ребёнком на приём (к детскому дерматологу) В итоге прошло уже 20 минут времени нашего приёма, а мы так и не зашли, был предыдущий пациент на приёме И неизвестно сколько ещё бы пришлось ждать Ребёнок сильно капризничал, поэтому мы просто ушли За такое длительное ожидание, я бы могла и в обычную поликлинику пойти бесплатно, а здесь нужно 3000 почти заплатить и ждать больше 20 минут
