Использую приложение, через оператора давно уже не вызываю. Сразу видны цена поездки и время в пути. Это экономит время и нервы. Пять звезд за приложение!

Всегда пользовался услугами такси Максим, всегда нравились низкие цены и хорошие машины. 8 марта нужно было поехать домой. Заказал такси пакета комфорт и стал ждать. За обещанное время 3 минуты заказ никто не взял. Окей, домой хочется, выбрал дополнительно пакет эконом, докинул 20 рублей к заказу, стал ждать. Прошло 10 минут - заказ никто не берет, хотя машины, по приложению, стоят в 10 метрах от моего места. Отменяю заказ. Звоню оператору, прошу подать машину и одновременно оставляю претензию. Девушка оператор из стран ближнего зарубежья с трудом меня поняла, да и я ее с трудом понял. Окей, оставил заказ. Проходит 10 минут - машины нет. Пытаюсь зайти в приложение - нет связи. Звоню по телефону - шарманка о том, что все операторы заняты. Звоню с другого телефона - мне радостно отвечают и я узнаю, что меня внесли в чёрный список. По какой причине - они не знают, чтобы узнать - обращайтесь в Спортлото. Если вы хотите получить качественный сервис и получить за это кучу на свою голову и блокировку телефона - обращайтесь в такси Максим.
