Заказали машину, диспетчер вежливо сказала, что позвонят как приедут. В итоге прождали давольно долгое время, звоню снова, а они говорят, что ещё ищут машину. Потеряли много времени, чего можно было бы избежать, если бы диспетчер сразу сказала, что машина не найдена, и время ожидания она мне назвала, но этого не уточнила. И один момент не очень приятный заметила - диспетчер была довольно вежлива, но... вот с падежами и временами видимо проблемы... Речь не совсем грамотная, но в целом говорила вежливо. Но всё равно я не давольна. Нет машин, так сразу и скажите, зачем время чужое тратить.

Ужасный сервис. Заказал груз такси и одного грузчика за три часа до нужно времени. По факту: деньги списали за пол часа до назначенного времени. Думаю... Хорошо, значит машина с грузчиков в пути. Конечно, это же такси "Максим" . За 15 минут звонят с такси и говорят, что на мой заказ ещё нет машины. За 5 минут до назначенного времени звоню сам, узнать. Оператор мне отвечает, что машина назначена, ждите. Спустя 5 минут до назначенного времени приходит смс о возврате денежных средств за такси и грузчика. Перезваниваю оператору, которая говорит, что заказов с этого номера нет, а поступали они или нет, не может посмотреть. И что сейчас делать??? Ужасное отношение к клиентам, ужасное обслуживание.
