Нужно было сделать осаго,и т.к.был недалеко от павелецкой,зашел в макс. В офисе пустынно! Сидит за стойкой девущка,перед ней клиент,ходил -ходил,так и не понял где автострахование. клиент ушел,работница мне сказала,что сотрудница,занимающаяся автомобилями,на обеде.Когда будет не знает.Тут я заметил за одним из столиков табличку-перерыв 30 минут) В общей сложности прождал почти 40 минут!Ну.ладно,пришла сотрудница, начал объяснять по своему вопросу. Мне нужно было заключить осаго,а т.к. у меня постоянная прописка в другом регионе,то и исчислять должны по тарифам того региона,где я прописан. Но работница, ссылаясь на какие то изменения,упорно твердила мне,что будет считать по московским тарифам(они выше в 2 раза).Потом,так и не сославшись на нормативный акт,сообщила мне,что макс страхование считает только по московскому коэфициенту. Итог: потерян час времени, да и настроение испорчено.

Хорошая компания. Грамотные работники, доходчиво все объясняют и быстро делают. Удобно что страховку привозят домой или на работу. Ничего плохого сказать не могу.

На почту пришло сообщение об оплате, хотя не знаю эту компанию вообще! Откуда у неё мои паспортные данные тоже неизвестно и почему левые лица имеют право распоряжаться моими данными, я не давала на это согласие, я вообще в другом городе проживаю!
