Была в вашем Макдональдсе два часа назад. Делала заказ на кассе, кассиршу зовут Анастасия. Попросила биг тейсти БЕЗ МЯСА, на что получила в свой адрес от неё смех и ухмылку на лице, и до конца заказа посмеевалась. Еще вспомнила что недели три назад тоже была у вас, меня обслуживала на кассе другая особа, которая тоже была ухмылка на лице и удивление. Что мне тоже очень не понравилось. Попросила сегодня у уборщика жалобную книгу, но ко мне подошла менеджер, выяснить что случилось, рассказав всю с итуацию, передо мной изменились, пообещали провести беседу с Анастасией, (надеюсь успешно). Но на этом не все, придя домой я открыла упаковку Биг тейсти и тут я пришла в ужас, мне положили 2 котлеты!! Хотя я попросила БЕЗ МЯСА!! На упаковке наклеено что Без МЯСА! Почему мне положили котлеты? Как жаль что я не открыла и не посмотрела это при менеджере с кем разговаривала. Не понятно мне одно, реакция ваших кассиров на то чтобы не было МЯСА в заказе, представляете, есть люди которые не едят мясо! Я вегетарианка, и таких как я очень много, почему к этому некоторые еще не привыкли и не начнут реагировать адекватно, тем более на работе, свое фи и непонимание и смех пусть оставят при себе, ушел работы и обсуждай это с кем угодно, но с клиентом будь вежлив. Я же не стала смеятся например над тем что Аастасии не помешало бы похудеть и вот ей бы поменьше есть жирных котлет))) Больше нету желания приходить в ваше заведение, ваш персонал не умеет грамотно и профессионально выполнять свою работу. И по правилам у вас жалобная книга должна висеть! И быть подана если ее требуют! – показать

Очень приятно начинать день с Макзавтрака и ароматного кофе по дороге на работу. Приятный и улыбчивый персонал. Да и в течении дня Макдак выручает. Насладиться вкуснейшими бургерами и цезарь салатом.
