Заказал 28.03.2020 диск Макита на пилу 5008. Сказали что карантин, но товар есть курьер привезет. На следующий день звонят и говорят, товара нет. На вопрос: почему понадобилось сутки, чтобы понять, что товара нет (?). Там не то, чтоб извиниться, а быдловатая усмешка.

Приносим извинения ,в столь тяжелый для всех нас период, действительно были проблемы с некоторыми заказами на доставку.Нам жаль, что вы столкнулись c данной ситуацией при работе с нашим магазином.

На днях купил у них промышленный пылесос. Покупал в магазине на Каширском дворе1, продавец Николай. Очень внимательное, вежливое и грамотное обслуживание. На следующий день пылесос намного забарахлил. Ну думаю попал, начнут гнуть пальцы, пытаться развести и т.д.. Приехал в магазин, объяснил, что и как. Николай внимательно выслушал и предложил сразу вернуть деньги. Но так как мне нужен был пылесос, а не возврат он позвонил в магазин на Нижегородской узнал о наличии у них такой модели. У них в наличии был пылесос такой модели. Мне предложили привезти на следующий, Так я планировал на следующий день утром уехать на дачу, решил сам поехать в магазин на Нижегородской. Продавец магазина Каширский двор1 Николай, позвонил туда, всё объяснил. Приехал к ним, там уже были в курсе, товар обменяли без всякого геморроя и нервотрепки. По поводу товара, думаю (моё мнение)заводской дефект. Магазин однозначно рекомендую, товар может иногда попасться с дефектом и даже не смотря на это сотрудники берегут наши нервы и ценят наше мнение о их организации. Что касается ассортимента товара и приходить не приходится и цены у них ниже других на многие товары. Спасибо, все бы так работали. Отзыв не купленный, просто от души написал. В наше время редкость грамотное вежливое и без обмана обслуживание.
