Воскресенье в 16:30. Толпа людей. Очередь. Один мужчина ругался из-за того что 1 чай и 1 чизбургер так долго ждёт. Ушёл, не дождавшись выдачи заказа. Туалет жутко грязный, бумага аж вываливается из ведра, сантехника, полы все грязно. За полчаса, которые мы ждали провели в этом месте, так никто и не убрал подносы и мусор со столов. Первый раз за всю жизнь такое вижу в Макдаке. Цезарь ролл практически в два раза меньше обычного, картошка фри мелкая, как из отходов. Надеюсь больше никогда сюда не попаду.

Каждый второй свой заказ ждешь по 20 минут, люди на кухне как сонные мухи, постоянная очередь в макавто и на выдачу в ресторане

Почти каждые выходные бываю с детьми в этом заведении. Каждый раз все хуже. В туалете грязь. Столиков свободных нет. Свободных не потому, что все едят, а потому что, данное заведение превратилось в место для тусовки подростков. Приехать в заведение покушать, превращается в охоту за свободным местом, чтобы потребить продукт за который заплатил.В зале воняет табаком, постоянная нецензурная лексика с каждого уголка зала, персонал грубый, в большой заказ, всегда не докладывают.Очень плохое з аведение, если ВЫ просто пришли поесть. – показать

Самый тугой Макдак из мне встречавшихся. Персонал еле ходит, еле говорит. Очень часто путают заказы в Макавто, что-то не докладывают. Неделю назад зашли с ребенком, повела его в туалет, там вонь страшная, грязь. Обратилась к персоналу, на что ответили, что идите поищите человека, который моет туалеты, ему и выговаривайте. Короче — сервис по-русски…
