Ужасная выдача заказа! Пишут, что заказ готов, а на самом деле приходится стоять на зоне выдачи и ждать пока заказ собирают. И такое происходит каждый раз!

Всегда была довольна сервисом этого места. Сегодня пришла туда с ребенком и заказывала мороженое. Как вдруг не я, а ребенок, заметил золотисто-коричневого таракана, ползущего по их стене. Я сказала об этом кассиру. Не моргнув глазом, она сообщила мне:" Это Максим. Пусть живёт." Чуть позже, получая заказ, смеявшись со своими сослуживцами и восторгаясь своей находчивостью, она все же удосужились спросить, в каком месте мы его уже увидели. Конечно, никто даже не извинился.

Перед тем как взять заказ не здороваются. Во время оформления заказа официантка летала в облоках, несколько раз переспросила, и в результате пробила то что я не заказывала:))) После того как я попросила исправить заказ- меня обвинили в том что я очень тихо говорю.

Сотрудники Мака в Авентуре или абсолютно безответственные, или не в состоянии отличить креветку от наггетсов. Эти слепые кроты уже 3!!! раз выдают мне наггетсы за креветок. Будьте бдительны, если берете на вынос. Помимо этого могут ещё и не доложить позицию. Ни разу с ними не ругалась, а просто просила обратить внимание. Но сегодня последняя капля, 300 руб за 9 наггетсов… отбили охоту туда ходить.
