Была тут разочек,проездом в г.Пушкино, на экскурсию ездила и решила перекусить. Ну оооочень чистый макдональдс, туалеты просто сверкают, вежливый персонал, всё быстренько мне с собой собрали, кучу салфеток положили, пожелали приятного аппетита даже:)Я осталась довольна:)Хороший сервис

Комментарий: Ужасное обслуживание! Постоянно обманывают с заказами, не докладывают продукцию! Будьте внимательны, заказы «с собой» проверяйте не отходя от кассы. Обманывают здесь всегда, каждый раз приходится идти к менеджерам и требовать свою еду, за которую мы заплатили. Сегодня вместо снэк-бокса за 139р положили наггетс бокс за 85р. Дата оказания услуги: 11.09.2020 Описание специалиста: Заказ был сделан через терминал.

Редко посещаем этот МД, хотя живем через дом. Позавчера всей своей большой семьей решили в кое-то веке покушать этот фастфуд. Поехали в макавто, сделали огромный заказ на 5 человек. Получив его, внимательно просмотрели наличие заказанного, т.к. не один раз чего-нибудь «забывали» положить, пошли обедать. Что вы думаете мы обнаружили в коробках Роял де люкс?! Обычный тоненький бутерброд!!!!! Если бы мы не выбросили чек после проверки всех позиций, нашему МД пришёл бы конец в тот же день. Теперь мы просто отловим этих дельцов на подмене продукта и тогда уже по-другому поговорим… А вы, люди добрые, будьте внимательны, проверяйте не только кол-во, но и то что внутри. – показать
