Обратился 12.06.19 на осмотр фургона по гарантии (лопнула рессора). Инженер по гарантии не знает, входит ли эта деталь в гарантию при моем пробеге - странная неосведомленность. На приемке: записали на 18:00, а машину взяли в работу лишь в 20:00 (ЗАЧЕМ БРАТЬ В 6, КОГДА НАДО В 8?!). Проблему не смогли диагностировать (3 болта в ОД Майор откручивают 3,5 часа) и предложили оставить авто еще на сутки. Вынужден был забрать авто и все сделал за 45минут у другого дилера. Итог: гарантийный ремонт (но уже не в Мэйджор)! Не рекомендую данный сервис и посредственное отношение к клиентам.
