Записывался на тест-драйв, потом не смог приехать, без проблем перенесли время. Сама машина не впечатлила, менеджер посоветовал модель получше. Еще тест-драйв, и вчера забрал. Оформили без проволочек.

Расположение конечно, не самое удобное, но к сервису претензий нет. Начиная от слесарей-механиков которые даже не достающие клипсы выставят и заканчивая сервисмэнами, которые грамотно описывая ту или иную неисправность предложат оптимальный вариант решения. И посодействуют в скорейшей записи и ремонте. Пробовал ремонтировать у "серых" - выходит дороже и дольше. Здесь же обновляю свои Сиды раз в 5 лет, приезжаю редко, только на ТО. Если можно хотел бы отметить бригаду Андрея Брусова и Дмитрия Алексеева.

Были в этом сервисе первый раз. Подъехали в феврале на ТО КИА Рио. Приятно удивлены положительным отношением! Очередей не было, все по времени. Приняли очень быстро. Составили калькуляцию и согласовали с нами стоимость и время проведения работ. Уточнили, что беспокоит по автомобилю, и сообщили, что свяжутся с нами, если что то обнаружат. Попали в смену бригадира Константина, чему очень рады. Работы были выполнены в оговорённый срок. Дополнительных работ не понадобилось. В рекомендациях написали, что авто в отличном состоянии, а так же износ колодок, оставили напоминалку о следующем ТО. При выдаче автомобиля продемонстрировали уровень масла, что тоже было приятно, так как обычно я сама проверяю после сервиса. В общем могу сказать от себя- осталась довольна!

Major на псковской улице,Mitsubishi.Приемщик Алексей(фамилию не помню)не смог ничего нормально объяснить,перепрыгивал с темы-на тему и путался в своих словах.Сильно недоволен.
