После 4 лет обслуживания тут всегда был качеством доволен. Также ребята нормально относятся к вопросам на посмотреть на машину и подсказать, что не так с машиной. Например, проехались со мной с проблемой повизгивания ремня генератора и сказали свой вердикт. Без записи, открыто, честно, без денег. Мне все нравилось.

04.10.2019 я явился в сервис к официальному дилеру Major Mazda с проблемой левого зеркала: 1. При складывании слышался отчетливый хруст, зеркало подергивалось по завершение процесса складывания (правое зеркало в этот момент раскладывалось без каких либо звуков и подергиваний. 2. При попытке разложиться зеркало опять же подергивалось со звуком хруста, но на этом процесс заканчивался и зеркало оставалось в неразложенном состоянии. Данные симптомы автомобиль проявлял с 28.09 и в том числе в день перед посещением сервиса официального дилера. Никаких повреждений и собственноручных попыток вывести из строя или попыток самостоятельного ремонта не производилось. Мастер-консультант принял мою жалобу на словах, первичный осмотр проблемы на авто в моем присутствии производить не стал. Я подписал документ сдачи авто и отдал ключи на авто в 18:25. В 20:12 мастер-консультант связался со мной. Сообщил, что никаких проблем с зеркалом нет, оно работает в штатном режиме, продемонстрировав это на моем автомобиле. Так как проблемы нет, то и гарантийного случая нет. Потому с меня взяли за диагностику зеркала. Мои недовольства по поводу случившегося: 1. Первая поломка уже после первого месяца пользования авто. 2. Работа сервиса. Мои предположения, что работники СЦ произвели малейшие манипуляции с зеркалом, после чего оно заработало. Но об этом умолчали, сообщив мне, что все работает в штатном режиме. 3. В итоге я потерял кучу времени и нервов, меня выставили полным идиотом и взяли еще за это деньги.
