Пользуюсь сервисом несколько лет и с каждым годом становится все хуже и хуже. Можно закрыть глаза на постоянное повышение цен за доставку, за неверно выкупленные товары, но потеря посылки - это уже слишком!!! Второй месяц веду переговоры с сотрудниками, чтобы помогли найти посылку (магазин отправил на старый адрес склада), но в ответ только отговорки, обещания и хамство сотрудников и отказ помочь. Услугами данного посредника больше пользоваться не буду и никому не порекомендую!

дикий кошмар. поддержка хамит, цены растет ежедневно и без предупреждения, товары портят, теряют, компенсации нет. категорически не советую.
