Покупала продукты в магазине 10/01/19 в 16:10, столкнулась с хамством продавщицы на кассе, которая пробив мой товар другому покупателю стала предъявлять мне претензии в грубой форме о том, что я ей не сказала, что это мой товар. Это недопустимо при работе с покупателями. Просьба разобраться и принять меры.

Итак, с чего начать? В мясном отделе замыливыают дату срока годности у товара! Подходя к этому отделу, я увидела халву на развес, попросила отрезать мне кусок и взвесить его. На что девушка- сотрудник данного заведения (не гражданинка РФ), достала 2 коробки с уже отрезанным продуктом и уговорила меня, чтобы я взяла содержимое одной из этих коробок. Дойдя к кассе, поняла, что мне будет много и вернулась, чтобы мне отрезали попалам. Передавая за прилавок данной ОСОБЕ товар, на мою просьбу разрезать пополам начала идти в сторону товара говоря- "НЕЛЬЗЯ" на ломоном русском и бубня себе что-то под нос. Ожидая, что мне, как клиенту разрежут кусок халвы- и вернут обратно, это СУЩЕСТВО ПРИЛАВОЧНОЕ положила мой товар и игноря, не закончив со мной данный вопрос- обратилась к следующему покупателю!!! ИТОГ: я осталась без данного товара, с плохим настроением и в недоумении! Вы мне скажите, с каких это пор сотрудники данной сети решают за потрибителей, что им брать, а что нет и в каких количествах? Да даже если мне нужна была однаа слива, мне должны были ее взвесить и продать как потребителю! Вместо этого мои покупки должны зависить от скачков настроения сотрудников? Вы сеть не дешевых магазинов! Могли ХОТЯ БЫ делать вид, что "КЛИЕНТООРИЕНТИРОВАННЫ".
