При пробитии на кассе товара в данном магазине,товар прошёл дважды.При ожидании отмены (которая длилась минут 5 при очереди 6 человек) кассир ответив на вопрос « почему так долго?»начала хамить,включая такие фразы как: «Что я могу поделать?» и «почему вы каждый раз приходите поскандалить?».я впала в некоторое раздумие над таким ответом,а кассир продолжила задавать неуместные личные вопросы.На выходе,я получила оскорбление в свой адрес.Персонал на уровне!
