03.07.2023, приблизительно в 12:39 мною были приобретены блины с мясом за 199₽, в магазин «Магнолия», который находится по адресу: Краснопрудная, д.11 В следствие их употребления, 03.07.2023 приблизительно в 18:00 у меня началась сильная рвота. Обращаясь к статье 14 Закона Российской Федерации «О защите прав потребителей», согласно которой вред, причиненный жизни, здоровью или имуществу потребителя вследствие конструктивных, производственных, рецептурных или иных недостатков товара (работы, услуги), подлежит возмещению в полном объеме. Требую денежную компенсацию в размере: сумма блинов + моральный вред/ стоимость лекарств. Привожу во внимание, что согласно статье 22 закона «О защите прав потребителей», на рассмотрение претензии магазину отводится 10 дней.
