8 февраля в 13.00 2023 года посетила магнит ,,Семейный'' по адресу Тула, Шухова 26. Все ячейки для хранения вещей были заняты и я зашла с пакетом. Охранник меня не остановил, хотя видел, что я с пакетом. На выходе я сказала, что я без покупок. Он полез руками в пакет, потом вызвал охранника женщину, которая стала досматривать меня на лавочке, прямо у выхода. Это был настоящий обыск унизительный, грубый. Было много покупателей и все смотрели. После обыска женщина-охранник отойдя, даже не извинилась, а крикнула через весь зал, что я сама виновата, что прошла с пакетом в магазин. Я прошла на кассы в отдел самообслуживания, что бы купить новый пакет, т.к. мой старый пакет после досмотра был порван. Все произошедшее должно быть на камерах. На горячей линии , куда я позвонила, мне сказали, что это противозаконные действия со стороны сотрудников магазина. Уважаемый директор данного заведения, установите проход в магазине для покупателей без покупок. Раньше в Вашем магазине такой проход был и проверяйте людей, которые у Вас работают на дееспособность. Пусть они учатся исполнять свои служебные обязанности , не забывая при этом ,что они должны оставаться людьми.
