большой магазин, много ассортимента. только это и можно записать в плюсы. минусы — закрываются на 10-15 минут раньше, чем указано во времени работы и так ВСЕГДА. при возмущении и вопросах по этому поводу охранник хамит. при покупателях кассиры могут себе позволить обсуждать других покупателей и назвать их «еб*нутыми» значит, и о ком угодно так могут отзываться. касса самообслуживания работает одна из четырех, остальные вечно сломаны. для удаления продукта нужно подтверждение, при визуальное проверке весовых товаров нужно подтверждение. но там НИКТО не стоит и не поможет. смысла идти на нее просто нет, хотя получалось бы у людей купить намного быстрее. + еще и плохо нажимается на экран в этих кассах самообслуживания. проще идти в пятерочку во дворе рядом, пройти лишние 4 минуты, чем утруждать себя заходить в этот гадюшник.

магазин нормальный, но в отделе замороженных овощей всегда бардак, нужного в жизни не найдешь. хорошие кассы самообслуживания, но при покупке овощей часто просит визуальную проверку, а кассиры, которые должны это делать, не всегда дежурят на месте

Оригинальность данного магазина - расположение в подземелье. И наружное исполнение тоже довольно таки оригинально.

Поставьте в кулинарию второго продавца! Это беспредел какой-то!!! Постоянно хожу вечером за салатами и каждый раз жду по 10—15 минут, пока меня обслужат! То продавца вообще нет за витринами, то с коллегой обсуждают что-то, ссылаясь на то, что занята, то ценники перебирает, демонстративно игнорируя покупателей. Продавца приходится ждать, пока он обслужит очередь из рыбного отдела, из мясного. Очереди не маленькие. Постоянно продавец в место трехсот грамм накладывает больше пятисот. Особенно не нр авится, когда приходится долго ждать, когда же продавец поболтает. Прошу принять меры – показать
