Сходила за покупками, а по итогу минус настроение. А все из-за чая и печенья, чай должен был 130, а вышел 200, а печенье 90, а вышло 110. Подошла, говорю мол не состыковка, так кассир говорит мол товар возвращайте, возврат делать буду, я спросила с чего? В другой магазин идти не хотелось, но пришлось. Я мол ценники принесла, по закону так и так, а она в ответ "НЕ ЗНАЮ Я ТАКИХ ЗАКОНОВ", это убило просто, она и говорит, мол покажите закон, нет таких, пошла уносить товары. Я ещё бы поняла, если бы она извинилась, сказала, что не может, мол с них деньги возьмут, так нет, просто "не знаю, нет такого закона". Удачи ей в будущем, чтоб и для неё не существовало закона этого. Ладно бы такое один раз было, но ведь не в первый раз. Все эти воспитательные беседы не работают с сотрудниками, если на них вешать штрафы, действовали бы по методу пятерочки, там вот хоть цивилизованно все. В этот магазин не советую заходить, если не хотите настроение портить. Лучше прогуляйтесь в пятерку. На всякий случай для персонала! Да и для обычных покупателей. Пункт 1 статьи 10 Закона РФ «О защите прав потребителей» гласит: «изготовитель (исполнитель, продавец) обязан своевременно предоставить потребителю необходимую информацию о товарах (работах, услугах), обеспечивающую возможность правильного выбора». Пункт 2 той же статьи дополняет, что цена товара в рублях является неотъемлемой частью этой информации. в Гражданском Кодексе Российской Федерации есть понятие как оферта, т.е. задокументированное предложение. В магазинах ценник является именно публичной офертой, и продавец обязан продать Вам товар именно по цене, которая в этой оферте указана.
