Купила три средства от комаров для детей, одно из них по акции за 149 руб. В чеке увидела, что мне продали за 179 руб., о чем сообщила продавцу-консультанту. Она взяла у меня средство и пошла к полке с товаром. Я с 8-месячным ребенком ждала, пока все разрешится. В итоге мне вернули 30 руб. Уже дома я поняла, что деньги мне вернули, а средство нет. Подарили Магниту 149 руб. Завтра пойдем разбираться. Неприятно. Дополняю. Средство вернули, но сначала сказали, что ничего лишнего на остатках нет. Попросила посмотреть по камерам, что мне не отдали покупку. Нашлось, к счастью, одно лишнее.

Ужасный магазин,на протяжении долгого времени,заходя в очередной раз, надеясь,что поменялось в лучшую,так ничего не меняется,нужных товаров нет,консультантов надо выискивать и звать,о товарах не знают,ценники не меняются вовремя,ещё и замят,бывает стоишь рядом бок о бок с продавцом и замешкаясь в выборе,либо по наличию товара так ответят,что и оставаться в магазине не охота!

Ужасная консультант .С темными волосами , высокого роста , никогда не здоровается когда приходим с ребёнком , если что то нужно проконсультировать , то еле слово вытянешь , девушки Вы что там работаете ??? Нужно уметь и бить на кассе и общение поддерживать с покупателями . Забыла впервые рюкзак с деньгами ) так растерялась я , а она в ответ коляску убери людям мешает в очереди ! люди стоят молчат , а ей мешает! Нету тактики и понимания к клиентам , нету доверия к Вам , и к вашей компании тогда , если будут у Вас работать такие консультанты , учить надо их , тренинги по продажам . И манере общения . Ходить не хочется в Ваш магазин из за неё только .
