Уважаемая администрация магазина, прошу обратить внимание на работу своих сотрудников!!!! Ценник стоит один, на кассе говорят другой и так постоянно , на что сотрудники хамят и не хотят продавать по цене на витрине! Через дня три заходишь и опять та же цена на витрине, а на кассе другая!

Ответственные: смена за 3.02.2021г. Как постоянным клиентам, хвалящим Магнит за то, что в отличии от других сетей всегда возвращают разницу за неправильный ценник без лишних пререканий, в этот раз было очень неприятно потратить своё время на процедуру, согласие на которую мы не давали. Суть: на ценнике йогурта стояла акция, мы проверяем чек и сообщаем, что цены отличаются. В этом случае я всегда хожу обратно в зал, перепроверяю, потому что иногда мы сами не читаем ценник, что стоит прям под товаром. Опустим, что ситуация также регулярная, но по факту обмана нет, просто ценник отсутствует в принципе. Нам сообщают "мы сделаем возврат денег", через кассу. Муж говорит, что наличкой же обычно. Сотрудники настаивают на кассе. Повторюсь, возврат денег, не товара. Поэтому мы стоим и ждём возврата разницы за стоимость товара. По итогу нам делают возврат товара. На просьбу продать товар по ценнику - отказывают. Кажется, продавцу и администратору нужно срочно показать закон о публичной оферте.
