Зашла без пяти минут за кефиром, так стали громко орать,что магазин закрыт. Я уже в конце торгового зала, а за мной следом и опять "магазин закрыт". Т.е. если покупатель уже зашёл, то помочь быстро найти товар, оплатить и закрыться вовремя - это не для магнита(((( Лучше бегать следом и орать. Сформировать покупателю позитивное отношение к магазину - не, не слышали такого))))
