На всю продукцию Loreal не было тестеров. Приобрела тональной крем этой марки предположительно подходящий мне цвет. Защитной пленки на тюбике не было и фольги тоже. После первого применения поняла что мне он однозначно не подходит как по цвету так и по типу кожи. Консультанты бестолковые при подборе косметики. В общем я хотела попытаться вернуть и написать претензию. В принятии претензии администратор магазина отказала мне. Это грубейшее нарушение прав потребителя. Я имею право написать претензию вне зависимости от того какой будет ответ. Поэтому категорически не рекомендую данную точку магнит. Мою претензию приняли на горячей линии и рассмотрели ее и отреагировали как положено. А администратора магазина отправить на рынок, ибо уровень базара. Оправдание админа почему нет тестеров именно этой марки "в связи с ковид тестеры по САНПину запрещены" - тогда почему на остальную продукцию есть тестеры? А что большие сетевые магазины косметики нарушают закон? На что был дан ответ "их там крышуют" - гениально!!!

Купила куриный рулет. До окончания срока больше месяца. Открыла, аж нюх потеряла от такого сильного запаха тухлятины, белая слизь... Протухло как только можно было... Сам магнит маленький, маломобильным гражданам тяжело передвигаться. Такие коридоры что 2 человека еле разойдутся. Вообще большинство магазинов этой сети такие. 5 -ка по просторней будет. Все не для людей
