такое ощущение что строили парковку, а тц сверху прилепили чтобы не пропадать месту) кто поедет на машине в муравейник просто в магнит или эльдорадо? ибо развлечений в здании нет. а жители этого района ПОЙДУТ, то есть пешком и со стороны домов, где входа просто нет, только заезд на парковку. решение 10 из 10. можно ходить кругами вокруг здания с доп. весами в виде пакетов или поучаствовать в конкуре с протискиванием мимо шлагбаума/прыжками через заборчик. кстати дождь быстро превращает парковку в бассейн, где там сливы одному проектировщику известно.

Круто, что у нас наконец появился ТЦ с нормальным большим магазином! Но, пожалуйста, сделайте нормальный выход в сторону жилых комплексов. Людям приходится каждый раз либо кланяться шлагбауму либо топтать газон.
