Ужасный магазин сети магнит, постоянно неприятный запах, не удобное расположение стеллажей с товарами, бордак на полках и с ценниками беда, у кассиров вид буд то я им что то должна

Бывал там несколько раз.. иногда персонал вежливый попадается, иногда глазами готовы тебя послать куда подальше) Воровства там немеренно, а страдают там в первую очередь работники, т.к. всю украденную сумму вычитают с них. Поэтому видимо там мало кто хочет работать, особенно из-за нихних з/п, чем по сравнению в городе. Ещё и из-за негатива от покупателей, в большинстве случаев, неоправданно негатива. Не радует то, что товары можно трогать, а самые наглые покупатели не только кидают где попало испробованные товары, но могут и их утащить. Ценники с офиса прилетают молниеносно, что их невозможно переклеить сразу, т.к. их нужно ещё найти. Но, есть и положительные стороны - день скидок, когда цены очень низкие, а выбор товара достаточно велик. Подъитожу тем, что урезания в з/п все касаются только низшего звена работников, тем самым показывая своё отношение компании к работникам на передовой. Но, если постараться, можно всё изменить.

1. Постоянно нет тестеров на косметику типо Буржуа или макс фактор 2. Много продуктов всткрыто. Неприятно. Никто не будет покупать "новый" продукт, который до тебя открыли, потрогали, потестили. Нужно пользоваться тестерами (а их в большинстве случаев нет) 3. И самое ужасное. Невозможно ходить и спокойно выбирать/тестировать продукты, когда ИЗ-ЗА КАЖДОГО УГЛА ЗА ТОБОЙ СЛЕДИТ ЖЕНЩИНА-КОНСУЛЬТАНТ. Вот хочется каждый раз все оставить и уйти, потому что это просто-напросто оскорбительно и унизительно.
