Ценники не актуальны, покупка каждый раз лотерея. Бардачно и очереди на кассе, которая почти всегда работает одна. То ли нет ресурсов поддерживать недавно отремонтированный магазин в хорошем состоянии, то ли желания . Пока конкурентов нет, сервис тут будет оставлять лучшего.

Есть тут одна сотрудница очень интересная (может конечно таких несколько, но я обратила внимание лишь на одну, потому что два инцидента произошли в один день именно с ней). Взяла товар, на котором был стикер -30%. Кассир несколько раз навела сканом на скидку, но она не считывалась. Вместо того чтобы разобраться в ситуации, она сделала вид, что все отлично и все прошло как нужно. Я то понимаю, что она просто решила не заморачиваться и пропустила товар по обычной цене. Карту скидочную скан тоже не считал, но она прислонила к другому, где карта считалась. Я очень спешила и разбираться не стала, но осадочек то остался. В этот же день, буквально через часа 4-5 зашла ещё раз. Опять на кассе была только она и касса. Вова та же самая. Несколько раз навела на карту сканом, который ее не считал и вместо того чтобы навести другим сканом, она сделала вид, что все прошло, хотя никаких писков и сигналов не было (да к тому же я знаю, что первый скан не срабатывает). Вроде и мелочь, а развела из-за того что жопу поднять день на 68 рублей. Неприятно. Когда-то я думала, что это один из порядочных магазинов. И ценники сходились и сотрудники не халтурили, а сейчас поняла, что очередная испорченная шарашкина контора
