Я хотела бы поблагодарить работников магазина "Магнит", которые мне помогли мне 25 декабря 2025 г. Я вечером зашла в "Магнит", пришла домой и обнаружила, что я где-то потеряла банку красной икры (за 1000 руб.). Поскольку я устала, то только часа через два решила, на всякий случай, вернуться в "Магнит" и узнать, не нашли ли они мою икру. Честно говоря, я была уверена, что я икру не найду. Но все получилось по-другому. Кассир Татьяна очень внимательно отнеслась к моей пропаже, сказала, что помнит, как я покупала икру и направила меня к товароведу Зульмире, чтобы мы посмотрели все на камере. Зульмира доброжелательно меня выслушала, и мы вместе с ней стали просматривать запись на камере. Мы нашли момент, как я покупаю продукты и икру, но было непонятно, где я ее оставила. Но, вдруг, к нам подходит продавец Артур Жабелев и возвращает мне икру. Оказывается, что он нашел икру в тележке, забрал, чтобы отдать покупателю, когда тот вернется. Мне очень приятно, что такие внимательные, доброжелательные люди работают в нашем "Магните". Татьяна, Зульмира и, особенно, Артур - большое вам спасибо! Анна Шиян
