Раньше был нормальный магазин. Теперь там завелась истеричная то ли директорша, то ли администраторша - фото прилагаю. Надела на лицо черную тряпку, отказывает в продаже товаров, ссылаясь на бумажку без подписи, прямо нарушая ГК РФ в части ст. 426, а также ст.13 15,16 Закона о защите прав потребителей. Требует нацепить тряпку с дырками либо покупать бытовую маску на кассе. Уж если магазин решил требовать с покупателей маски (хотя права такого не имеет, а может лишь рекомендовать, а рекомендация не равно обязанности её выполнять), так начните с себя - своих сотрудников обеспечьте масками медицинскими, изготовленными по ГОСТ, как этого требуют от вас рекомендации роспотребнадзора, а то продавцы как грабители - в черных тряпках. Больше не буду посещать этот магазин, пока там не вернётся нормальное руководство. И жалобу на ваши тряпки в роспотребнадзор отправлю, которого вы так якобы боитесь.

Сколько можно нервировать сотрудников магазина, они выполняют свою работу и требуют от покупателей , то что положено и то за что их наказывают. И не надо на них срываться и качать права. Они крайние в этой ситуацию. Ивообще не вижу ничего страшного на деть маску и перчатки. Если ты вы видели свои руки после того, как вый дитё из магазина. У меня перчптк например черные.
