Отличный магазин, хороший персонал, приветливый, ассортимент неплохой, есть накопительная система по карте, но не так уж и много начисляется, если была бы просто разовая скидка, было бы интересно

19.06 заказала доставку, везли отсюда - половины товара не было в наличии, то, что было втромбовали битком в 2 пакета безразборно (уж молчу про товарное соседство), испортили продукты - раздавленый в пюре картофель в вакуумной упаковке, в слизь превратилась свёкла отварная, в крошку поломались пряники и печенье, раздавились сливочное масло и сыр... Капуста с чёрными гнилыми листьями. Картонные упаковки бакалеи со столетним слоем пыли. Вместо носочков копроновых пустая упаковка. К моему чеку была применена чужая карта лояльности (моя привязана в приложении). Как итог сей прекрасной истории - более недели пытаюсь добиться возврата своих денег: они заморозили почти 3тр во время заказа, а затем фактическую сумму в 2 раза меньше списали не из резерва, а повторно! А резервную оплату до сих пор не отменили и не дают никаких мне объяснений. Сначала были отписки. Теперь Игнорируют на всех ресурсах. Из банка получены подтверждающие мои слова документы. Ждёт вас куча проверок. Первая инстанция - роспотребнадзор.
