Отношение к покупателям ужасное. А этого недодиректора магазина давно пора гнать. Не следят за просроком. Даты перекливают. Сегодня купила торт,не посмотрела на вид, но дату обратила внимание. Торт по дате был свежим,но на самом деле был с плесенью. Так что внимательное выбирайте товар. А товаровед Рахматилло какой-то, разговаривать по русски не умеет, но зато хамит и ругаться матом еще как может.

10.05.2020 я зашёл в магазин, чтобы купить алкогольный напиток, однако на кассе попросили предъявить паспорт, я показал ВУ (водительское удостоверение), так как паспорта не было с собой, однако кассир Базгина не сочла ВУ за документ, подтверждающий личность, отказала продать, в связи с этим были нарушены мои права как потребителя, я попросил пригласить администратора, но он не пришёл, и мне самому пришлось его искать. Администратор (Рахматила какой-то), который по-русски то нормально не умеет разговаривать, оскорбил меня как-то на своём языке и сказал, что я не знаю законы своей же страны. Отказался принять у меня жалобу на действия сотрудников, хотя это его обязанность, отказался дать телефон своего непосредственного начальника, сказав, что он тут хозяин, также телефон горячей линии пришлось искать самому. В итоге персонал этого магазина не умеет работать с клиентами, не знают законов и правил в работе с покупателями, даже такого элементарного, как клиент всегда прав.
