Люди, будьте бдительны, проверяйте чеки! Недобросовестные кассиры приплюсовывают несуществующий товар! Меня вчера облопошили. Сумма-то пустяковая, украли доверие!

Хороший филиал сети магазинов косметики и бытовой химии. Достойный ассортимент товаров, есть всё необходимое. Приветливые продавцы-консультанты. Периодически акции и скидки. Чистый зал

9 мая зашли в магазин за электрической щеткой для ребёнка. На кассе подошли к девушке -эксперту Татьяне. Попросили детскую щетку Colgate, так как покупали ребёнку. Она нам начала предлагать oral b , при чем цена выше в несколько раз и щетка для взрослых. Я повторила спокойно трижды, что хочу именно Colgate и девушка на это меня убеждала брать oral b, объясняя сколько насадок и преимуществ у щетки. Затем муж ее попросил продать именно детскую щетку, даже дважды до этого объясняя , что у нас нет таких денег сейчас как стоит та, что девушка нам упорно пыталась продать. Всем видос показав недовольство, она достала нашу щетку. Мы спросили какие батарейки к щетке нужны, она посмотрела на упаковку, продала нам пальчиковые, при чем так же пытаясь впихнуть подороже, чем те на которые мы ей указали. В итоге в комплекте к этой щетке шли вообще мизинчиковые батарейки внутри. Тот случай, когда нас просто не слышал продавец. Неприятное впечатление о магазине осталось., все-таки эксперт, как написано на бейдже продавца - лица компании.
