Хочется задать вопрос..... Для чего пишется объявление о наборе персонала, если анкета соискателя не отправляется для рассмотрения? Назначено было собеседование, пришла, вышла ко мне молодая девушка, даже не представила, не Имя, ни должность! Далее я догадалась, что это директор магазина. Непрофиссионализм ДМ на лицо!!!!!! Ни одного вопроса ко мне, как к соискателяю задано не было! Все интересующие меня вопросы я задавала сама! В итоге анкету взяли, но сказали, что пока не будут отправлять, далее посмотрят! К руководству пожелание, научите персонал на местах работать! Далее, о самом магазине. Директор магазина-это лицо магазина!!!! В данном магазине Магнит на улице Королева лицо ужасное!!! Начиная уже со входа! Отдел Овощи-фрукты - это на 30-35% выручка магазина, в праздничные дни продажи ОиФ выше, но в это магазине видимо об этом директор не в курсе! Ассортимента нет, ОиФ не переберается, мошки, вонь! Далее отдел охлажненки, никогда кур не выкладывают во время, товар прибыл, термобоксы вывезли в торговый зал и на этом все!!! Из термобокса куры сами продаваться не будут!!! 11:00 термобокс вывезен в зал, и только в 16:00 куры поместили в холодильники. Охлажденка, заморозка и молочка всегда в преоритете!!! Мне пришлось самой открыть термобокс, чтобы взять курицу, именно на ней я приехала! Ладно я умею это делать, а бабушка придёт за курочкой и уйдёт ни с чем!!! Данному магазину нужен Руководитель, опытный, грамотный!
