Хочу оставить отзыв ,о продавцах )) )Купила 19 января кусачки маникюрные фирмы Zinger , за 649 р (,до этого у меня были этой же фирмы ,прослужили,они мне долго, если бы не упали )Но,когда принесла их домой, вскрыла упаковку и поняла что купила товар не надлежащего качества ,щипчики залипали при сжатии и не хотели открываться ,мало того были тупые ,и кончики цепляли сильно кутикулу (((На следующий день отнесла обратно, хотела или поменять или вернуть,но продавец на кассе сказала ,что она отказывается принимать ,ищите заведующую и с ней разбирайтесь ,был ее ответ !Но вышла вторая девушка кассир и все быстро решила ,посмотрев на щипчики ,сразу поняла ,что к чему ,позвонила заведующей,сделали возврат ,принесла мне на выбор ,ещё одни щипчики и я купила другие ,но уже с упаковкой ,где можно было ,открыть и посмотреть ,качество заточки ,зрительно они были хорошие )) и даже по цене дешевле ,за 599 р )Пришла домой попробовала ,Отличные щипчики ,заточены остро и мягкий ход работают ,я довольна ) Спасибо девушке ,(к сожалению не ,знаю по имени и фамилии )второму продавцу ,за понимание и отличную работу с клиентами !!! А девушке ,которая начала удивляться и придумывать отсебятину и даже бумагу порезала щипчиками ,и сказала отлично режут 🤪но я ведь не ножницы для бумаги покупала )Ей желаю совершенствоваться и знать законы ,о правах потребителя )) пусть это будет для нее опыт ,как надо вести себя с покупателями !!!

Обновили расположение товаров и теперь можно запутаться с непривычки, а так выбор хороший, цены приемлемые, акции есть, но персонал не очень бывает культурный
