Хамское отношение к клиенту, кассир разговаривает с клиентом так, так будто посетитель ему что то должен и обязан пропускать мимо ушей это самое хамство.

Это днище. Каждый день меня пытаются обмануть - каждый раз совершенно случайно в чеке выбиваются товары по стоимости выше, чем в ценнике. Каждый день я указываю на нессответствие заявленной на витрине стоимости и цене в чеке. Каждый день потом жду, когда подойдёт старший по смене и одобрит мне возврат разницы. Ожидание порой занимает больше времени, чем мой выбор продуктов. Ну и чего добились? Теперь я намерена каждый день оставлять свои возмущенные отзывы в книге так называемых предложений и собирать уже досье для проверок этого магазина компетентными органами.
