Постоянно пользуюсь услугами магазина МАГНИТ. Есть ряд претензий. Часто нет новых ценников или так говорят, что не успели повесить. Чеки нужно обязательно контролировать иначе что-нибудь припишут. Но самое главное когда покупаешь замороженных кур или рыбу, то до 0,5 литров талой воды после разморозки. Глыба льда, а не курица, хотя я знаю, что должна быть сухая заморозка. Хочу знать кто на этом нагревает руки и почему никто не контролирует товар.....

на кассах поставили конвейеры и сразу это новшество вызвало у покупателей массу нареканий! Дело в том, что это удобно только кассиру - берёт с тр. ленты продукты покупателя, снимает штрих. код и, как обычно, выбивает чек. Всё вроде хорошо, но для покупателя есть ряд неудобств. 1. Все выбранные продукты надо из корзины выкладывать на конвейер. 2. С конвейера кассир их при пересчёте перекидывает на другую сторону, в лоток и наотрез отказывается не бросать в лоток, а класть в корзину! 3. Покупателю приходится сначала идти за сумкой в камеру хранения. Затем по быстрому запихивать всё в сумку, ЧТО БЫ ОСВОБОДИТЬ ЛОТОК! За это время копится очередь, потому, что кассир ждёт когда освободится лоток! Кому данный сервис нужен? Большинство пожилых людей просто перестали ходить в этот магазин! Это удобно только кассиру!

Ужасное отношение к людям, особенно директор этого магазина, рыжая бестия, неадекватная. Персонал работает без масок и перчаток 🤦‍♂️
