Достоинства: Отличный клуб!-очень приветливый персонал и тренера!всегда сами подходят помочь, ни разу не проигнорировали ни одну просьбу, огромный бассейн, сауна новая!Все групповые проходят без отмен! Недостатки: Нет Комментарий: В клубе нет толпы людей, свободно и спокойно занимаюсь с 2015 года с семьей, рекомендую всем знакомым и друзьям!

В самом клубе мне сказали, что клуб открылся в 2019, как же Вы с 2015 года занимаетесь?

Хожу в клуб уже год, обычный фитнесс клуб, все есть, все устраивает, НО! Объясните пожалуйста своим сотрудникам, а именно охранникам, гардеробщице и особенно людям, которые работают на рецепшене, что с посетителями НУЖНО здороваться и говорить до свидания! Гардеробщицы с постными лицами, но это ещё можно пережить, а вот когда на рецепшене на вопросы не отвечают, им говоришь до свидания — в ответ молчат! А самое гадкое, когда подходишь к рецепшену, говоришь Добрый день, а парень с девушкой стоят болтают и на посетителя 0%внимания. Помимо этого много раз слышала, как грубо отвечали другим. А однажды я стала свидетелем разговора девушки на рецепшене с клиенткой, как я поняла клиент задавал много вопросов (но простите ее работа на них отвечать) когда девушка положила трубку, то прям при мне сказала, цитирую: » как же задолбали». Это Просто ни в какие рамки не лезет товарищи! Первой впечатление при входе в клуб теряется сразу же! Лично я туда ходила от безысходности, рядом ничего другого нет, но я уже приобрела абонемент в другой фитнес, где при входе тебе улыбаются и НЕ ХАМЯТ!!! – показать

Ну Вы даёте… по такой причине клуб менять глупо. Понятно было бы, если бы были тренера грубые, не внимательные, тренажеры, если бы были плохие, занятий мало… Но с этим же проблем нет… А просто из за постных лиц гардеробщиц, тухлой охраны и невнимательных администраторов клуб менять???
