Сегодня обратилась в диагностический центр МРТ "Магнесию "по адресу Геологоразведчиков 6 в Понравилось все : чистота ,вежливость персонала ,приняли по времени без задержки ,объяснили доступно . Для меня очень важно, как работники , врачи, специалисты относятся к людям. От этого зависит наш настрой на процедуру. Выдали результат, записали на флешку на которой вся процедура была записана Спасибо. Всем рекомендую.

Ужасное отношение к пациентам. Записались на прием, через день позвонили, перенесли запись на другой день, ввиду технических работ. Через день опять позвонили, сказав, что смогут сделать только частично, согласились. В день обследования я предварительно позвонила уточнить, действительно будет сделано обследование, т.к. ранее уже несколько раз переносили, меня заверили, что все в порядке, обследование будет. Приехав к назначенному времени, нам сказали, что обследование не смогут сделать-технические работы. Что за отношение к пациентам? Мы ждем, нужно уточнить диагноз, на сколько все серьезно, приехали с пригорода, а нам отказ.
