Всегда пользовался этим магазином, всегда все устраивало в обслуживании и качестве запчастей, но последняя покупка масла меня разочаровала...попал на капиталу двигателя

Добрый день! Такого быть не может!!!! Все моторные масла у нас ТОЛЬКО от официальных представителей!!! На все масла у нас имеются сертификаты качества и сертификаты соответствия (что не каждый магазин может предоставить). Ещё ни один клиент, не пожаловался на качество купленного у нас масла, а тем более на то, что двигатель перестал работать! Из всего вышесказанного, можно сделать вывод, что причина выхода из строя Вашего двигателя лежит в другом, либо Ваш отзыв, это полная клевета. Мы можем сделать экспертизу любого масла, которое продается у нас, и доказать, что все масла соответствуют всем стандартам. Поэтому, если у Вас возникли, какие то проблемы, пожалуйста обратитесь к руководству нашей компании. тел. 230206.

Чек предоставить не могу, так как не сохранил, но имеется банковская выписка о покупки в вашем магазине, канистра с остатками масла

Привозите масло, и банковскую выписку, если Вы у нас приобретали, мы найдём по базе продажу, а также по номеру партии определим, наше это масло или нет. В любом случае в вашей ситуации нужно разобраться, поэтому, мы Вас ждём на Иркутском 158г с 8 до 22 в любое для Вас удобное время.
