Заказала портупею по своему рисунку. Сделали быстро, прислали фото и вот уже были готовы прям доставить, но не долго счастье длилось! Доставка затянулась на неделю!!! Конечно это ужасно! тем не менее поставлю пять, хоть и с большим минусом) В итоге, не знаю, кто он у них, то ли менеджер, то ли владелец, но привез сам лично. И бонусом еще одну портупею подарил)) Так я рада как розовый большой слоник!)) p.s.Качество изделия супер!

Сделала заказ в пятницу 13 Октября, но так как мне надо было очень и очень срочно получить портупею для подарка, позвонила сама через 10 минут. Ответил менеджер Дмитрий, сказал, что заказ получен, но к сожалению в день заказа доставить скорее всего уже не смогут, так как требовалось сделать изделие 48 размера, с большой талией и с маленькими изменениями. Все данные записал и сказал, что перезвонит. Все мои мольбы о времени и сроках выслушал и пообещал что-нибудь придумать. Какое же было мое удивление, что мне сделали портупею и привезли уже в 15.30! Я была на седьмом небе от счастья!)) Подруга получила подарок, а я очень благодарна данному магазину за такой подход к клиенту! Это огромная редкость!!! p.s.Отзывы никогда и ни о ком не писала, но моя благодарность огромна!!!

Отличное изделие, отличная работа с клиентом, все оперативно и качественно! Из минусов только то, что на сайте представлены далеко не все модели, что у них есть, качество фото тоже оставляют желать лучшего и нет работающего акка в инсте, чтобы посмотреть хотя бы отзывы и фото клиенток в их изделиях. Ну они производители и продают больше оптом. Одним словом спасибо им, мне все понравилось и буду советовать их всем подругам!
